Steve is the Safety & Compliance Officer for RedGuard LLC., a manufacturer of blast-resistant buildings for the refining, chemical, and off-shore industry. Steve and his team provide OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulatory expertise and training to ensure regulatory compliance and employee safety and health. Steve also directs the SafeStart behavioral safety process to help ensure the highest level of employee engagement to drive the safety culture and safe work practices on and off the job.
