Erika Pouliot is the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at High Liner Foods. Erika joined High Liner in 2010. In the past twelve years, the company has undergone four acquisitions, three decommissionings, three changes of top management leadership and the COVID pandemic. Despite the rapid and significant changes, she and her staff of four have steadily decreased the TCIR. Beginning her career in healthcare human resources, Erika transitioned after a few years to EHS. She is certified as a CSP, SHRM SCP and as a SafeStart trainer. Outside of the office, Erika enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband Jamie.
