In this 3-day workshop you will become a certified SafeTrack trainer and develop an understanding of how SafeTrack can be implemented on its own or with an existing observation and feedback process. Learn how to record and track observations, positively correct at-risk behavior when observing a co-worker, and analyze the data to develop improvement strategies.
