About the workshop
The purpose of this 2-day workshop is to prepare observers to conduct observation and feedback sessions with their co-workers that are positive and meaningful. During our comprehensive observer training program, you will learn the background and benefits of an observation and feedback process, how to evaluate job tasks for “safe” and “at-risk,” planning and conducting the observation, using positive correction and positive reinforcement, and the benefits of talking with people already working safely.
