About the workshop
SafeStart requires trainers to hone their skills in the classroom and remain informed about the program updates to ensure the best delivery of the up-to-date material. This recertification workshop allows trainers to remain educated about the changes to the program, keep the techniques fresh in their minds and retain access to trainer materials on the SafeStart website.
The 2.5-day recertification workshop starts at lunchtime on Tuesday. It begins with a roundtable discussion about best practices, common pitfalls, new solutions, etc. The following two days provide participants with a review of SafeStart material and an opportunity to improve their skills—through videotaping of their presentation and the feedback from the consultants.
Recertification is an important part of a trainer’s journey, so if your certification is about to expire, make sure you attend this workshop. It will give you an opportunity to expand your skills, talk to our consultants and retain access to the training materials on our website.
