Jim is experienced in designing and leading enterprise-wide safety strategies that move organizations from reactive compliance toward proactive ownership and a strong safety culture. Jim developed and implemented a multi-year safety roadmap focused on human factors, hazard identification, and close-call reporting. His work has aligned executive leadership, operations, HR, and frontline teams around a shared vision of world-class safety while strengthening compliance, engagement, and operational discipline across diverse sites.
