A seasoned environmental, health and safety leader with more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, transportation, and agriculture, Jim specializes in bringing structure, clarity, and strategic direction to complex, high-risk operations.
Jim is experienced in designing and leading enterprise-wide safety strategies that move organizations from reactive compliance toward proactive ownership and a strong safety culture. Jim developed and implemented a multi-year safety roadmap focused on human factors, hazard identification, and close-call reporting. His work has aligned executive leadership, operations, HR, and frontline teams around a shared vision of world-class safety while strengthening compliance, engagement, and operational discipline across diverse sites. A trusted advisor to senior leadership, he brings extensive experience in multi-site, union and non-union environments and high-risk industries.
