His effectiveness in safety facilitation and coaching is evidenced by the documented results achieved at previous organizations, like a significant reduction in recordable injury rate, a substantive increase in training compliance rate, and gaining 100% participation in safety observation completion. Eric has experience leading and managing safety management systems for multiple facilities across North America in various industries (e.g., equipment installation and technical training, food/CPG industry, and general manufacturing, including warehouse and supply chain). He has a clear aptitude for leading safety culture and the implementation of world-class manufacturing journeys within multiple organizations.
Eric studied Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University (CSU) in Orange Beach, AL. He’s also a rescue diver, first responder, 3M Fall Protection Competent Person and he was awarded the U.S. Army Achievement Medal as a Combat Field Medic with the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
