Verify email
An activation email has been sent to the email address that you used to sign up. In order to log in, you must first visit the activation link in that email.
What if I didn't get an activation email?
There are a few reasons you may not have received your activation email:
The email is still on its way
Activation emails are sent immediately, but depending on internet traffic they might take up to a couple of hours to arrive.
The email is being blocked by an aggressive spam filter
Check your junk or spam folder to see if the email landed there. If not, your mail server or ISP might be blocking it. Check with your server administrator or (if possible) try signing up with a different email address.
A firewall is preventing the email from reaching you
Some corporate networks have firewalls which may block certain emails due to security or spam policies. If you're on a corporate network, check with your server administrator to make sure that email from @safestart.com addresses aren't being blocked.
You signed up with the wrong email address
If you accidentally entered the wrong email address while signing up, you can always sign up again with the correct address.
Some other error occurred
The message may have been lost in transit. You can try sending a new activation email again using the form below. If you have tried all of these troubleshooting steps and are still unable to receive the activation email, get in touch with us.
