Two SafeStart speakers took part in DuPont’s recent VII Forum Internacional in Lima, Peru.

Larry Wilson and Gary A. Higbee spoke about how important it is to reconsider traditional safety systems and the need to develop a stronger safety culture by focusing on the human factors that cause injuries.

The forum featured a number of presentations on maximizing safety behavior and culture in the workplace, and Larry and Gary’s participation emphasized SafeStart’s global leadership in addressing injuries and at-risk behavior.
