Lauren has extensive experience with solving complex safety issues on multi-employer sites within high-hazard industries, and a good understanding of critical labor dynamics to support diverse workforces and safety cultures. This includes the execution of well-designed, comprehensive regulatory compliance programs that achieve KPI targets and inspire enterprise-wide commitment to safety, and exceptional results with regulatory compliance contracts deploying mobile workforces regionally and nationally.
Lauren is a Certified Safety Professional and holds an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, a Juris Doctorate from the Northeastern University School of Law, and BAs in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. She is also an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for general industry. She was the winner of the 2025 Safety Sentinel Award given by the Greater Boston Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals, as well as the 2025 New England Woman in Safety.
